HUMBLE, LANGELAND

Arbejder med GRAFIK og KERAMIK og er medlem af BKF og Danske Grafikere,samt formand for SAKs Grafiske Kælder i Svendborg.

I min kunst arbejder jeg med spændingsfeltet mellem kalken og shelteret. Det givende og det beskyttende.

Jeg deltager med både keramik og Grafik på årets sommerudstilling.

Mine keramiske værker er unika og i mine glasure indgår ler, jern og jernsten indsamlet på mine gåture rundt på Sydlangeland bla ved Ristingeklint og Stranden ved Påø.

Grafikken er en kombination af tryk og akryl. Motiverne er inspireret af bunkers fra Vigsø og er et tilbagevendende objekt i min kunst, som jeg kalder Shelter.

I work with GRAPHICS and CERAMICS and am a member of BKF and Danish Graphic Artists, as well as chairman of SAKs Grafiske Kælder in Svendborg.

In my art, I work with the tension between the limestone and the shelter. The rewarding and the protective.

I participate with both ceramics and graphics at this year’s summer exhibition.

My ceramic works are unique and my glazes include clay, iron and ironstone collected on my walks around South Langeland, including at Ristingeklint and the beach at Påø.

The graphics are a combination of print and acrylic. The motifs are inspired by bunkers from Vigsø and are a recurring object in my art, which I call Shelter.
